Scope of Service: The services agreement only covers matters related to migration to Australia. The services provided by Think Visa are limited to advising, assisting, and representing clients on matters related to Australian immigration, visas, citizenship, and related legal issues. If legal services are needed, including applications for appeal to the Federal Circuit Court, you will be referred to Think Lawyers. You will be required to sign a separate agreement for costs and a disclosure statement
