Our firm is currently looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and experienced documentation officer who will enhance the effectiveness of our Visa Processing. The perfect candidate must be highly dedicated, honest, can work under pressure to meet deadlines, and be able to make smart decisions adequately.
π Key Responsibilities
Case Management: Keep cases organized by establishing and organizing files, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, documenting actions, and inputting information into file database and case management software
Client Communication: Keep clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress
Policy Compliance: Follow Think Visa's policies and procedures for file management, client management, and processing team operations
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for more effective and efficient client services and processing team operations
Document Collection: Proactively follow up with clients to collect necessary documents for their cases
Response Management: Ensure quick client response rate
Professional Relations: Deal with clients and colleagues professionally at all times
Team Collaboration: Report to Processing Team Leaders, work with Solicitors and RMAs, and liaise with clients
π―Qualifications & Requirements
π Experience
At least 2 years of work experience as a legal assistant or any other related work. Work experience in the Australian migration sector will greatly increase the chances of employment.
π Skills
Good research and reporting skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to absorb information quickly.
π£οΈ Communication
Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking, plus exceptional communication skills overall.
π Personal Qualities
Flexible enough to respond effectively to challenges and work as a member of a multicultural professional environment.
π‘ Bonus Qualification
Knowledge of Australian Migration law and processes is a significant plus!
