    Points-tested permanent visa for skilled workers with occupations on the Medium

    General eligibility criteria
    - Be under the age of 45 years old
    - Have the relevant skills and qualification for the occupation
    - Must be able to score at least 65

    Direct Entry Stream requirements
    - Have an eligible occupation on the Core Skills Occupation List
    - Have a positive skills assessment for the nominated occupation

    Temporary Residence Transition Stream requirements
    - Have held a Subclass 482 for at least 2 years
    - Sponsored by the same employer

    Labour Agreement Stream requirements
    - Sponsored by an employer who have a formal labour agreement in place

    Temporary visa for skilled professionals who will be sponsored by an Australian employer in a regional area.

    Eligibility criteria (Subclass 494)
    - Be under the age of 45 years old
    - Have an eligible occupation on the relevant occupation list

    - Have a sponsor that is willing to sponsor you
    - Have a positive skills assessment for the nominated occupation
    - Have an approval from the relevant Regional Certifying Body
    - Meet the Australian Market Salary Rate and TSMIT

    - Live and work in regional area while holding the Subclass 494 for 3 years
